About Store Credit Vouchers
Store Credit Vouchers are different from Gift Cards and can only be redeemed at NINE WEST Concept Stores and Outlet Stores.
Converting a Store Credit Voucher to a Gift Card
If you would like to redeem a Store Credit Voucher at NINE WEST Online, you have two (2) options:
Option 1 - Return to Store for a Gift Card
Return to your nearest Concept Store or Outlet Store and kindly request the Store Manager to transfer the Store Credit Voucher balance to a Gift Card.
Option 2 - Return by Post to Head Office for an eGift Card

Submit a Request with Customer Service attaching photos of the Store Credit Voucher.

Customer Service will reply with instructions for you to return the Store Credit Voucher to our Head Office by post.

When we receive and verify the Store Credit Voucher, we will send you an eGift Card for the Store Credit Voucher's balance via email.
