Do you have an account with NINE WEST?
If yes, you can log into your account and check your Order History. Here you can see if the order was placed successfully.
Checked your payment method?
If you think your order has not been placed successfully, it is advised to check your payment method to make sure no funds were taken from your account. With credit card payments, the funds could be put on hold but not withdrawn from the account if the order was not successful this is known as a pending payment.
